In the 1970s, my grandfather Rolando, a lover of mushrooms, cycling, hunting and long walks in nature, decided to buy with my grandmother Olga this small house in Bardineto to enjoy vacationing.

It has been our family home for generations, and today, at times when we cannot use it, we have decided to rent it out and share it with those who want to slow down, disconnect from the heat of the city or the Riviera, and enjoy the benefit of the countryside.

It is not a vacation home in the traditional sense, but a family home that we open when we are not using it.

Bardineto offers cool weather at night and pleasant weather during the day. Starting from home, you will find several trails, such as the Red Balcony Trail and trails perfect for hiking or mountain biking.

Important information

Heating

The house is available from June to October, as it has no central heating system. There is only an electric heater, which is ideal for cool summer evenings, but in the winter months the house remains closed.

Hot water

The small electric water heater allows one shower at a time. To avoid running out of hot water, we recommend taking showers in turns.

Dogs and Cats

Dogs and cats are welcome in our house. Just be sure to respect the common areas and enjoy your vacation with your four-legged friend.

Parking

There is street parking Available right next to the house. There is never any difficulty in finding a place.

Doing laundry

Currently, the house does not have a washing machine, but you can use the laundromat in Borghetto Santo Spirito, which offers working and convenient washers and dryers.
